Media Bingo Terms & Conditions:

• Contest open to residents of Newfoundland and Labrador only.
• Cards are $5 each, there are no discounts or refunds
• Each card lists a week number and date for the specific game
• The first caller with a good bingo will stop the game
• If there is more than one winner the prize is divided equally
• Jackpot is awarded in 52 numbers or less
• Winner must call before the 53^rd number is called to stop the game and be eligible to claim the jackpot prize
• Jackpot and consolation prize amounts will be announced at the start of the game
• Consolation prize is awarded if the escalating jackpot is not awarded
• Cards must be verified before Tuesday at 4:30PM immediately following a played game.

50/50 Ticket Draw Terms & Conditions:

• Contest open to residents of Newfoundland and Labrador only.
• Tickets purchased prior to the cut off date & time for the early bird draws shall be included for each subsequent early bird draw and 50/50 prize. Winning tickets drawn for each early bird prize shall be returned to the raffle drum for all future draws under the license.
• Pursuant to the regulations governing this lottery under authority of Service NL, Consumer Affairs Division, Government of Newfoundland and Labrador, tickets must be purchased within the province of Newfoundland and Labrador.
• We (ASF) reserve the right to publish names, addresses, and photographs of all the winners and/or ticket purchasers and we retain the right to use such for any and all promotional purposes for an indefinite period. ASF does adhere to PIPEDA.
• All disputes will be settled by the board of ASF. All decisions are final.
• Our (ASF) liability is limited to the purchase price of the ticket only if for any reason the ticket stub is not included in the draw. ASF will make every reasonable effort to ensure that no tickets are excluded.
• After the cut off has expired, all tickets will be printed and placed in a raffle drum for the draw to take place.
